Elephants in Sri Lanka

A very interesting destination in Southern Sri Lanka is the Udawalawe National Park which is the home of over 70 wild elephants and loads of other interesting animals.

Meanwhile the gate fees have become fairly expensive and visitors are recommended to find out if it is a good season and weather before booking a trip.
