Dogs are highly popular in Cambodia among locals but and also foreigners.

One Englishman is even considering to open a school for dog training in Phnom Penh.

This probably drugged dog is making a fortune for it's master whilst begging in highly frequented places next to the Royal Palace.

Dog meat is popular in Cambodia but such small dogs sell for such a high price that owners are more into breeding rather than eating tiny portions.
