The airport itself is compact and tidy with no big distances to overcome.

The staff is very supportive and friendly though visitors are asked to be patient and gentle when it comes to language abilities.

English is still not at peak level with most Thai people and foreign visitors will be better off as soon as they slow down their and chose an easy to understand vocabulary.
