Hikkaduwa - Coral Gardens Hotel

Despite an outstanding location and a friendly staff the Coral Gardens seems to be the most poorly managed Hotel on Sri Lanka.

It belongs to the Keels group, which is one of the biggest enterprises on Sri Lanka andmanaged by GM Suraj Perero.

He offers noisy hammering in the morning and sports in an awfully stinking gym without a window and ac, next to squash and tennis, but without providing any rackets for it.

Smallest beds and no windows to open are as poor as a variety of insects when moving in.

Big flies, moths, cockroaches and mosquitos with not even a mosquito net are only some of many discouraging observations besides some other true modern robbery.
