Arriving then late evening at La Guardia New York without luggage and finding some fully useless U.S. Air help desk had shown, that traveling in America can be worse than in many so called third world countries.

Of course also offer superb assistance can be enjoyed in many U.S. locations, but somehow Philadelphia does not seem to be any interested in creating a good impression.

And so is their Airline, the dying U.S. Air, which probably most people try to avoid wherever possible after a first experience.
