LB Wes Bautovich comes from Rhein Fire and DT Randy Chevrier and
QB Chris Finlen had spent a season in Barcelona.

For Team 2001 the Jets had also tested Shannon
Myers from Rhein Fire,
who had failed in the end.
In season 2000 the Jets missed the playoffs and in 2001 wildcard
weekend had been their final destination.
