New York Giants QB Tim Hasselbeck from the Berlin Thunder is now with the Giants 2005. QB Kurt Warner had been surely the most spectacular acquisition @ the Giants 2004. Ed Ellis had been with the huge Dragons 99 team and Barry Stokes had great fun at the Scottish Claymores. Former Dallas Cowboy Tony McGee had signed with the Giants in 2003 and fine performances were shown by DE Frank Ferrara. Clarence LeBlanc caught a spot after a good preseason and a stunning performance at Rhein Fire in 2001. Also Darnell Dinkins has become a part of the team as well as Matt Bryant from Berlin Thunder, who contributed the game winning field goal in week 3 against the Seahawks.

a Sad, that the Giants have waived World Bowl 2000 Champion Rodney Williams, who had met Pete Sampras at Rhein Fire City in summer 2001. He is a great communicator with also nerves made out of steel. During the season he caught 55 passes for 700 yards and made three TDs. His head coach Peter Vaas sounded pretty amazed about his progress in New York. |
