Here's a look back at the 2008 Formula 1 season.
The Brazilian Grand Prix @ Interlagos
Lewis Hamilton became the youngest
and luckiest Formula 1 Champion of all times despite a poor
performance and thanks to a last second slow down of Timo
Glock. Felipe Massa won the final race after a superb race
to become the unluckiest Interlagos winner of all times as
this did not earn him the Championship. Kimi Raikoenen came
in on 3.
In fact, one point less for Lewis Hamilton would have given
the crown to Felipe Massa.
The Chinese Grand Prix
Lewis Hamilton had an easy win in front of the slow Ferraris
with Felipe Massa on 2 and Kimi Raikoenen on 3.
The Japanese Grand Prix
Lewis Hamilton drove poor and Fernando Alonso won his second
race in a row followed by Robert Kubica on 2 and Kimi Raikoenen
on 3. Felipe Massa had another bad race with having scored
only 1 point.
The Singapore Grand Prix
Felipe Massa and Kimi Raikoenen drove poor and messed up
great chances. On the other hand, Fernando Alonso won in a
great race in front of Niko Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton.
The Italian Grand Prix
Sebastian Vettel won his first Grand Prix as the youngest
winner in F1 history in front of Heikki Kovalainen and Robert
Kubica on third place.
The Belgium Grand Prix
Kimi Raikoenen wrote tragedy after having dominated most
of a highly dramatic race. Lewis Hamilton got pushed back
from first place to third by a penalty leaving Felipe Massa
on 1 and Nick Heidfeld on 2.
The Valencia Grand Prix
Felipe Masse won his 4rth Grand Prix in front of Lewis Hamilton
and Robert Kubica whilst Kimi Raikoenen`suffered from engine
failure.
The Hungary Grand Prix
Heikki Kovalainen won his first Grand Prix after the clearly
leading Felipe Massa droped out with engine failure 3 laps
before victory. Timo Glock came in on 2, Kimi Raikoenen on
3.
The German Grand Prix
Lewis Hamilton won his 8th Grand Prix in front of Nelsinho
Piquet and Felipe Masse.
The Silverstone Grand Prix
Lewis Hamilton won in the rain and Quick Nick Heidfeld came
in on 2 before Rubens Barrichello on 3.

The French Grand Prix
Kimi Raikoenen had to make way for Felipe Massa due to exhaust
problems whilst Jarno Trulli scored 3rd place.
Lewis Hamilton was penalized for his foul in Canada and he
could not score a point.
The Canada Grand Prix
Kimi Raikoenen got kicked out of the race by Lewis Hamilton
and Robert Kubica captured first place and the lead within
the 2008 championship.
Nick Heidfeld scored second place followed by David Coulthard.
The Monaco Grand Prix
Lewis Hamilton has managed to win the tricky Monaco Grand
Prix in which Kimi Raikoenen had been the top loser with zero
points. Kubica scored 2nd place and Massa came in on 3.
The Istanbul Grand Prix
Felipe Massa won his 3rd consecutive Istanbul Grand Prix
in front of Lewis Hamilton and Kimi Raikoenen.
The Barcelona Grand Prix
Ferrari looked very good again with
Kimi Raikoenen as the winner, Felipe Massa on 2 and Lewis
Hamilton on 3.
The Bahrain Grand Prix
Ferrari dominated the Bahrain Grand
Prix with Felipe Massa and Kimi Raikoenen on top. Also BMW
impressed with Kubica on 3 and Quick Nick Heidfeld on 4 whilst
Lewis Hamilton had blown all his chances wih his crash into
Alonso.
FIA President Max Mosley did not
to show up after his dubious sexual preferences were shown
as Internet videos what had triggered explicit resentments
among most teams. In particular Honda, BMW and McLaren/Mercedes
had expressed critisism against Mosley Sado Nazi performance.
The Malaysia Grand Prix
Iceman Kimi Raikoenen is back with a great win in Malaysia
whilst team mate Felipe Massa dropped out again after his
pole. So far he has not scored a single point in 2008.
Robert Kubica scored second place, Heikki Kovalainen came
in on 3 whilst Lewis Hamilton ended on 5th place.
The Australia Grand Prix
Lewis Hamilton won a chaotic race with loads of crashes.
Quick Nick Heidfeld came in on 2 followed by Niko Rosberg.
Kimi Raikoenen had a horrible race as well as Felipe Massa
and only 7 pilots had been able to complete the race.
