A fine Reggae summerjam had taken place in Cologne during July 2006 where Damian Marley had been the highlight on day 1. Before a superb bright sunny day had brought I Wayne, Andrew Tosh and Luciano o main stage. Fairly remarkable was, that "conscious lyrics" still have a large meaning in Germany whilst in America and Jamaica some toughness is receiving the wider audience. So it had been no surprise, that melody singers like I Wayne and Luciano did not have any problems with capturing the crowd. Nevertheless, by the time Damian Marley was holding the stage the heat went up to another level.
