ATP CEO Mark Miles is a great fan of Graffiti. In particular in connection with the Berlin Wall he mentioned the positive meaning and importance of this free artform. Way less sympathy showed Bernd M. Michael, Chairman of Grey, the no. 2 advertising agency in Germany when point out that creative folks from his agency had thrown paint bags on to a wall inside their yard in the sixties. He resents graffiti as pure vandalism and hopes, that the sprayers won´t put their tags on a sculpture which Grey had posted in front of their building. |
All in all Mr. Michael was a very interesting guest on our City Klick CDR Magazine when he lined out his personal view on current tendencies inside the advertising market. A little surprise was, that on his floor there was not a single multimedia PC available, that could play a CD ROM properly. Perhaps it might be an idea to talk to their big client Dell and ask, if they have a spare one to enable better access to multimedia. |
