$46 billion for junky Yahoo
Dear Bill, dear Steve,
Your level of pain must be enormous to be as desperate
as offering $46 billion for the acquisition of another
loser who has failed to produce any competitive search
results since several years.
The global audience will always be going for the best
search results and MSN and Yahoo have never been able
to even touch the Google monopoly.
One of the reasons for that has always been poor communication
and faulty products within the important fields of search
and videos.
Bringing now together two obviously incompetent management
squads looks like a silly, desperate decision that will
only trigger a good laugh within the Google camp.
Everyone with brain will instantly quote, that combining
junky MSN and Yahoo search results will only mean the
same junk under only one name.
Becoming competitive to big Google will require only
a better service and that is where you tycoons should
invest.
Buying another failure will never ever be a good strategy.
Defeating Google is easy as also their structures and
concepts are fragile and full of faults.
But as long as Yahoo and MSN designers will be the
competitors both brands will stay weak and mighty Google
will prosper.
Give us $5 million and we will defeat Google within
12 months. No joke ....
